A. You may cancel your registration up to 48 hours prior to the event start date to receive an 80% refund of the registration fee. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days following the event. No refunds will be processed if the request is received within 48 hours prior to the event start date, onsite at the event, or for no-show registered attendees.
